Vice President

Maureen Turner was born in Los Angeles, California. After graduating from Mayfield Senior School in Pasadena, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology and Master of Arts in Sociology from Stanford University. She is currently completing a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University. She hopes to specialize her clinical practice in child psychology.

Maureen has received scholarships from the PUC throughout her educational career. As she completes her final coursework, she has transitioned into a serving role as the Vice President of the PUC. Maureen’s parents, Mark and Barbara Dragan, encouraged her in her educational pursuits from a young age. She recently married Benjamin Turner who encourages her to apply her education in pursuit of her dreams. Inspired by these wonderful influences, Maureen hopes to continue the tradition of service and generosity in supporting other Polish-American students in pursuit of their educations.
